Our returns are simple.
We're committed to ensuring you're 100% happy with your purchase. You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of shipping date to receive a full exchange or refund.
They'll need to be unused, unwashed and tags still attached. But please choose carefully - we make our products to your order!
There are no returns or refunds on sale items.
All items are handmade, thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. If, however you receive faulty or incorrect items, after inspection we will gladly pay the postage costs for a replacement. If the reason for the return is a "change of mind", then this must be shipped and handled at your own cost. If you are returning goods for exchange or refund please contact us to arrange this via email hello@maakhome.co.nz

Shipping your return
To return your product, you should email us before you ship your package to the return address that is stated on your shipped package. Once the return is made you need to send us a tracking link or shipping receipt in order to receive your refund (if applicable).
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
